STEP 2: ON-RAMP

DURING YOUR ON-RAMP CLASS YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO CROSSFIT, LEARN THE FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS OF CROSSFIT, AS WELL AS DISCUSS YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS.

STEP 3: CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES

ONCE YOU FINISH ON-RAMP YOU ARE READY TO ATTEND ANY OF THE GROUP CLASSES ON THE SCHEDULE.
